Manufacturing update for July 2025

For the month of July 2025, the below table gives the details about the results, which I can qualify as good, the freighters manufacturing really helped the situation, and I moved from 1.8 billion isk profit for June to 5.9 billion isk in July, with a concentration of manufacturing profitable T2 items only also, now I have three T2 items that I can manufacture constantly without worrying about fluctuation, they are either practically profitable or very profitable.

In July I sold 6 freighters, 699 T2 items, with some PI and extra reactions.

As I mentioned in the previous post, I will expand the freighters manufacturing operation to 12 freighters per month minimum, aiming to achieve 10 billion isk profit next month.

After this experience of 2 months, I can say that I feel more comfortable to be specialized in everything about capital ships, I think really making these ships as my specialty, I have already 2 candidates to add to my manufacturing list:

Revelation dreadnought: profit of 380 million to 420 million isk ( big potential demand, 139 revelation destroyed last month)

Rorqual capital industrial ship: profit of about 300 million isk ( medium potential demand, 30 rorqual destroyed last month)

but beside freighters which can be manufactured and sold in markets in highsec, most of capitals (dreads, rorqual, carriers, FAX…)  can only be built in lowsec and sold through contracts, this is a whole new adventure for me, I need a brand-new logistics and financial approach to be able handle the operation, adding to this challenge, the profits are likely similar to freighters, which makes me think twice before proceeding.

What I will likely do is to test this new market with one or two dreads and evaluate the situation.

There remains significant potential for improvement in research and inventions, slots are still plagued by inactivity, I will likely start invention for T2 capitals (lancers), the price of their BPC is good, surely, I will invest in one batch and judge the results, also I will continue invention for my favorite T2 items.

The Reactions will just support the capital manufacturing in general, any extra material will be sold to support sales.

  1. Looks like you are getting off to a good (re)start!

I am also a solo industrialist, so I wanted to ask why you chose the same path? It is an unusual playstyle for Eve, I think.

    1. It is mainly a continuation of the previous path more than a fresh restart, I always was an industrialist, and I chose this path after trying most of play-styles in game and in my opinion industry is the best, it is not repetitive like PVE or boring like mining or somehow toxic like ganking, in industry everyday is different than the previous, and it involves a lot of calculations and brain activity.

    2. Industry is also my main activity; I have a ridiculously overcomplicated excel file developed over years to manage it all.

But my question was more about why did you choose to do it as a solo player? This is uncommon in a game that stresses corps, alliances, etc. I have been told more than once that I am "playing Eve wrong" :D

    3. I strongly think that there is no wrong or right way to play eve, we should measure our play-style not by how many isk per hour, but by how much fun per hour, do what is fun for you, or else eve will be like a job for you not a game, also some trillionaires which I know are solo players like Croda.
